How it works: Recipients

When you apply for Free Permanent Makeup Services through Hope & Olive, we have a dedicated team that works with our Applicant Coordinator to ensure that these services are the right fit for every unique situation.

Hope & Olive offers free permanent makeup services to qualified recipients. Those who have dealt with life-altering circumstance such as (but not limited to) cancer, human trafficking, Trichotillomania, or burn trauma, so that survivors can do something different for themselves after all the appointments and treatments.

What is Permanent Makeup?
Permanent makeup is a cosmetic tattoo that resembles the look of makeup, such as eyebrows, eyeliner, and lip color.

All potentital recipients must complete the Recipient Application. This is a required step in the process. Regardless of how you heard about Hope & Olive, an application must be completed in order to be considered for services.

The Hope & Olive Inc. board of directors has a committee that reviews applications monthly. This committee will discuss every application and uses a rubric guide to determine if a Recipient should be approved or denied based on specific criteria.

After the Applicant Committee has reviewd and approved your application, the next step is board approval. With board approval, your information is then passed to the appropriate Network Artist to navigate the next steps.

Your Network Artist will be in contact with you to setup an in person consultation. A Consultation is required so the Artist can verify that the Permament Makeup procedure you’ve been approved for is the best fit for you.
